Ngong Ping 360

One of the most visited tourist spots and I'd say,
Ngong Ping 360 is worth going to when you are in HongKong.
A themed village found in Lantau Island which is accessible via bus or MTR Tung Chung station.

I have shared my experiences of the places on the left side on my Ngong Ping Part 1 post.
This time we'll go to the other side.

I saw different types of people here. Tourists, Business men, locals and lots of kids.

I was just posing here. Not so much to tell about ths.

A multimedia attraction to view the life of Siddharta Gautama, the man who became a buddha.

Can you guess what BUBBLOO carnival is?

The place is filled with bubble machines!!!

If you want to try authentic chinese food, this is the place to be.
Though not for the backpacker's budget.

That's my ride over there.

The Cable Car route

They have an in-house photographer. Their souvenirs are pretty expensive.

Since NP360 was the last stop of our HongKong tour,
we went for a single trip only (one way)
for only HK$75. We shared it with three other tourists. The cabin was very
spacious and has room for luggage. (though they have certain sizes of luggage allowed)

Our friend was scared of the height and the ride. You can see it on his face.
But don't worry, it was not all like this the whole time. I think he was able to relax
and enjoy the ride.

We passed by the Tian Tan Buddha Statue.

The country side meeting the city.

View from the top.
I don't know where this will reach . . . but it was really loooooooong.

In between, there were several  angle station stop . . .

. . . but not those stops where you can go down.

The slopes.
Viewing the vast South China Sea.
A ride from the serene nature to the busy city.

The station at Tung Chung
